I am the Continuing Education Specialist for Winchester District Memorial Hospital, in the rural community of Winchester, Ontario, Canada ( 30 min. from Ottawa). e-learning is an especially effective and practical means of continuing education for nurses working in rural locations. It is my vision to have an e-learning kiosk available for nurses to acquire ECU's without having to travel.
