I am a Sister on an acute Stroke ward, so am all to familiar with poor uptake of pureed meals by our patients with Dysphagia. It is invariably the boring taste and range of foods on offer that is cited for meals being refused. After listening to this lecture, I will definately be getting our Dietitian and SALT team to impliment some of the points raised to improve choice. Well done- I feel quite inspired!
