We thought those of you in the UK might be interested in the following event to be held by the Lymphoma Association:
Living with and beyond lymphoma: an education day for nurses
Thursday 25 March 2010
This education day is aimed at clinical nurse specialists and senior staff nurses currently caring for lymphoma patients. It will not only provide an opportunity to hear the latest updates in the treatment and management of lymphoma, but will also highlight the challenges of caring for patients who have completed active treatment and insights into the psycho-social impact of lymphoma survivorship.
The day will provide:
* An update on the treatment and management of lymphoma
* A focus on survivorship and the management of late effects of lymphoma treatment
* An insight into the psycho-social impact of lymphoma survivorship
* The opportunity to meet other haemato-oncology specialist nurses
