I recently purchased a book called "Principles of Skin Care and the Oncology Patient", published in 2010. ISBN 978-1-890504-88-5
After I had a read, I relised that our department pretty much follows a lot of what this says, re radiation patients.
Although, you did not mention whether you work in a cooler or more tropical climate, because this can alter the expected skin reactions.
